Cancel An Order, Partially Or Completely: Send an email to Info@PartShark.com OEM parts can be cancelled with no restocking charges if you cancel before we have time to process your order, usually just a few hours after you create an order. We process orders during normal business hours. In the event your cancellation request is after the order is processed, it will be charged the normal 30% restocking charge.
We return all OEM parts to the manufacturer and in doing so incur costs for shipping and restocking charges. We will absorb the shipping but must pass on the restocking charges.
Sales Tax & VAT:
Indiana Residents: Any order being shipped to any Indiana address will be charged Indiana Sales Tax of 7%.
International Residents: Any order being shipped outside the United States is subject to VAT, levy, taxes and duties for your country.
Accepted Payment Methods
Orders are accepted online via secure online order form only. We are unable to process orders by phone.
All credit card purchases are verified for your protection. For security purposes please do not e-mail us your credit card information.
MasterCard, Visa and PayPal online only. For security reasons we do not accept payment by phone or e-mail.
International Payments: We prefer international payments be made via PayPal as this can speed up your processing time significantly. We will take Visa and MasterCard for international orders but unlike PayPal this can cause delays to verify your identity.
Backordered Items Policy
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will attempt to notify you via e-mail before we process your order.
Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
It's a common misconception that if you ordered a backordered part from PartShark.com, cancel that order and then order from another dealer, that you'll get your part faster. Just because a part is on another dealer's website does not mean they have it in stock. If you cancel a backordered part keep in mind that we all use the same system for each manufacture. Canceling your backorder with PartShark.com with the intent on getting it quicker elsewhere will only result in additional delays on the part you need because all dealers get their parts from the manufacture.
