• No return on electrical parts, decals or any part not in the original packaging. All returnable parts returned to PartShark in disturbed packaging will be sent back to the customer.
   
• All returns must be processed within 15 days of delivery date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Remember the reason the prices are so low is that you are looking the parts up and therefore reducing the costs associated with a parts department personnel. You are responsible to look the parts up, call toll-free 877-999-5686 or Info@PartShark.com if you need help.

Shipping charges are based on total price of the items you are purchasing. Oversized and heavy items will have additional shipping costs associated with them. An example of this could be an ATV fender that when you made the order the system calculated the shipping to be around $30.00 it's more like $90.00 when you factor the oversize surcharges. We will notify you by E-Mail prior to processing your order if there is an increase in the shipping charge. We will give you an approximate cost for shipping in the event you order an oversized or heavy item. All orders over $150.00 will need Signature on Delivery unless otherwise requested.
