Why do you require signatures for orders over $100? Top
We require signatures for three reasons. A signature helps us prevent fraud, theft, and confirms delivery for insurance purposes.
If someone may not be there to sign for an order over $100 then it is the customers responsibility to let us know so we may remove this requirement.
PartShark.com assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages if you refuse our basic security measures.
What are the shipping charges? Top
The United States base shipping price is $9.00, once the order starts to go over $25.00 the shipping charges go up.

How long does it take to get parts? Top
The reason behind this is that most of time we have to order the parts from the factory, it would be nice if we could stock everything but that would be impossible. It generally takes us about 3-5 days to receive the parts depending on which warehouse the parts come from and if the part is in stock or on backorder
Once your order is shipped from PartShark.com it takes at least 3 business days to arrive depending on the method shipped. International orders usually take 5 business days to arrive from the date shipped.
Do you sell genuine (OEM) parts and accessories? Top
Yes, the parts listed in our Parts Fiche are Genuine Factory OEM Parts. There are genuine accessories catalogs on the catalogs page which includes genuine accessories from Canam, Seadoo, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha,and Polaris.
Do you offer special pricing or programs for motorcycle shops and businesses? Top
Yes, we have a program in place for those legitimate shops that need a reliable source for (OEM) parts.
The applicant will have to provide proof of business and have qualifying orders to start out.
Our new program is called the PartShark.com Authorized Dealer Program (PAD) and is currently in its final stages of development.
More information will be available on this site once this program is underway.
Do you carry parts for older or vintage bikes? Top
Yes, but we need to caution you, many of the older parts on the Parts Fische are no longer available.
If you place an order with parts not available we will contact you to determine the order status.
We ask that you submit an oem parts request or call to check the parts availability for motorcycles 15 years or older.
We can get these parts if they are still available from Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, or Polaris.
If the parts needed are no longer available, there may be an aftermarket source that makes a replacement part for the discontinued item.
Does my credit card get charged when I submit an order online? Top
Online orders do not charge your credit card immediately.
First, we verify the availability of the parts ordered from our website before charging the customer's card.
If all ordered parts are available, then the card is charged to continue the order process.
When does my credit card get charged? Top
Your credit card is only charged after we've verified the parts within your order are available.
We process the charges to the card then because this allows us to know if the customer has the available funds or credit to make the purchase.
If the card is denied, we will contact you via email or by phone to inform you and suggest another payment method.
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone call.
Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
In some cases an item may move to backorder status once ordered from Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, or Polaris.
This is out of our control and we will allow you to cancel only the backordered item.
If you wish to continue with the order and a part is on backorder, you will be charged for this backordered part at that time.
This is the only way for us to secure the part from the manufacture.
Do you stock all my parts? Top
We stock the fastest selling 100 part numbers from the manufacture. Currently there are over 1 million part numbers (sometimes called SKU's ) from Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Polaris.
We can't stock 100 million dollars in parts inventory, and no dealer does.
In most cases there will be at least one item that will need to be ordered. By us keeping our stocking costs low, we are able to sell the parts at a very discounted price.
This is commonly referred to as "Just in Time Inventory".
Can I add items to my existing order? Top
Unfortunately we are not able to add to an existing order. If additional parts are needed, give us a call during business hours at 877-999-5686 or place an additional order online.
How long does it take to receive an order? Top
In most instances, we receive ordered parts from Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Polaris within 3-5 business days.
We do our best to ship your complete order the same day as the parts were received.
You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed.
How will I know if an item is placed on backorder or has been discontinued? Top
We will contact you via email or by phone as soon as we find out if you have any parts are on back order or have been discontinued.
There are occasions a part may be back ordered only temporarily.
To keep costs down and prices low, we ship all orders complete unless there will be a delay due to back orders.
How do you ship an order? Top
Orders placed with PartShark.com are shipped through primarly Fedex although we also use UPS and U.S Postal Service when FedEx isn't the best option.
Large orders and orders for frames, body panels, UTV plows etc. will be shipped via a freight trucking service.
Additional shipping charges will be applied for "Oversized Freight".
These charges will not be present at the checkout, there added later as needed.
Do you offer express methods for shipping? Top
PartShark.com offers Next Day Air and Second Day Air express shipping in the United States. But, the upgraded shipping can only be made once all the parts have been received by us.

Do you ship internationally? Top
Yes, we ship internationally on a daily basis. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to these locations.

How do I return an item? Top
Returned packages without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) will be charged the return freight as well as additional freight back to the customer.
