International customers, please review this shipping guide before placing your order.
We ship internationally on daily basis to several countries using insured and fast services like UPS WorldWide Expedited and USPS Priority & Express. Due to our volume and automation systems we cannot take requests for a customer preferred shipping carrier. We have large amount of experience shipping cost effectively and efficiently all over the globe and will ship to almost any country.
Unfortunately there are a few countries we are unable to ship to due to the difficulty of shipping process:
10-25 days to most international destinations; all parts we sell are GENUINE & NEW OEM PARTS that we are an authorized dealer for, and we get directly from the manufacturers. It takes us 2-5 days to receive parts from the manufacturer and then ship them out to you. Manufacturers do not drop ship parts directly to end customers; they only ship to authorized dealerships like us. In case you have part(s) on your order that is/are not obtainable from the manufacturer in 2-5 days, we will contact you through email BEFORE processing your order with the options to remove the backorder part(s), wait on it/them, or cancel your whole order and get fully refunded.
PayPal is the required and ONLY method of payment for international orders, it is the safest payment method for you and us, and it allows you to use your international credit card or bank account to pay for your order without exposing their numbers or any other private information. We do not directly accept international issued credit cards because we cannot verify the billing information on them. Please select PayPal during the checkout process, and once you finish the secure payment process on the PayPal.com site you will be redirected to PartShark.com for your submission confirmation order number. A PartShark.com account will be created automatically and the generic password will be emailed to you. You will be able to log in later to your account on PartShark.com to review your order status and older orders history.

International shipping & handling rates are very simple and and based on the order total except in cases of Oversized/Heavy items.

Oversized and Heavy Items (Freight)
Oversized and heavy items have an additional shipping cost and may require Truck Freight service. Shipping rates may not be fully calculated until the order is being prepared for shipment. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Since we only ship internationally using fast courier services like UPS, USPS, & FedEx, some international customers prefer to use third party “Freight Forwarding” companies in the USA to have them deliver their Oversize/Bulky parts overseas. If you want to use a service like this, then you will have to arrange directly from your end with the Ocean/Air freight forwarding company you would like to use like www.concordiafreight.com for example. The third party freight forwarding company will provide you with a physical USA address, where you can use that address when shopping from any merchant inside the USA and then they will forward the purchased goods to you overseas. By using such service, we will only charge you minimal shipping charge to have your order shipped to the “Freight Forwarding” company address inside the USA and then you will pay them for international shipping fees from their location in the USA to you overseas.
Customs Brokerage, & Duties
Insurance and brokerage fees are always included in our flat rate. You will never be required to pay additional insurance or brokerage fees for your order, however the customer is responsible for the import duties and value added taxes (VAT) which will be collected by UPS, USPS, & FedEx at the time of delivery by cash, check, or charge. We declare all international purchases as "Motorcycle Parts" in case you need to check with your local customs authority for current import duties in your country. Under U.S. Customs laws it is illegal for anyone to declare a value on a package that does not match an original commercial invoice from the point of origin. We will NOT make special consideration or ship parts as “GIFT”. This is the law and will only cause issues for your package clearing customs, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We ship to Canada everyday! We ship UPS & FedEx for rate, time and insurance purposes. Our shipments to Canada are sent UPS Worldwide Expedited & FedEx International Economy Class, NOT Ground. Your package will clear CBSA much quicker than usual and we pay the customs brokerage fees for you, EXCEPT for orders that are rquired to ship truck freight. Orders that are shipped truck freight will experience "brokerage fees" at your border. We can assure you it's not the typical experience you have dealt with when receiving an item via Ground services. We have gone to great extents to ensure a smooth process for our Canadian customers. Please note, because Canada is such a large country that sometimes we have to ship orders via US Postal Service because UPS & FedEx may not have the ability to deliver.
However, customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. When funds are not provided in advance by the customer, and courier must post a bond to allow shipments to be released in advance of payment to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), a fee of 2.7 percent (minimum $10 on UPS Worldwide Expedited) of the amount advanced by courier will be charged. The fee will be listed under "brokerage fees" field when you receive the duties and taxes bill.

Goods and Services Tax: All Canadians are subject to a minimum 5% goods and services tax (GST) from the CBSA on orders imported into Canada that exceed $20 CAN in value.
Harmonized Sales Tax: If you live in New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador or Nova Scotia the CBSA will charge you 13% harmonized sales tax (HST) on orders over $20 CAN.
Provincial Sales Tax: If you live in British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec or Saskatchewan you must pay the applicable rate of sales tax for the province in which the goods are delivered. Certain imported goods may not be subject to PST in your specific province. Please call the CBSA for more details at 1-800-461-9999 or in French at 1-800-959-2036.
Canada Postal Mail
When items are imported into Canada by postal mail, Canada Post charges the recipient either a $5 CAN handling fee for collecting duty and taxes on behalf of the CBSA, or an $8 CAN handling fee if the item was sent by Priority Courier.
All amounts must be paid at the time of delivery (by cash, certified cheque, VISA, MasterCard or your Canada Post commercial account).
Items shipped via US Postal Mail get handed off to Canada Post and do not go through the CBSA directly. All US Postal Service to Canada Post shipments are subject to an additional $5 CAN to $8 CAN shipping handling fee charged by Canada Post to Canadian citizens and do not carry our delivery guarantee of UPS & FedEx 5 business day shipment. In some cases items shipped via US Postal Service to Canada Post can take up to 2 weeks to deliver and carry limited tracking ability and insurances.
We ship to Australia everyday! All orders under $1,000.00 AUD are duty and tax free to Australian citizens. For more information please visit www.customes.gov.au; if your order exceeds $1,000.00 AUD you can divide it over two separate orders submitted within few days apart so the parts you need would split over multiple packages to avoid duties and taxes, but would require additional shipping charge.
Orders will be shipped using USPS (Postal) Priority & Express at our discretion. We do NOT ship using UPS, or FedEx to Russian Federation.
The Secretariat of the Federal Revenue of Brazil requires your CPF # or Brazilian Individual Tax Registry # (ITR) in order to properly asses Simplified Taxation Regime (RTS). We declare all international purchases as "Motorcycle Parts" in case you need to check with your local customs authority for current import duties in your country. Under U.S. Customs laws it is illegal for anyone to declare a value on a package that does not match an original commercial invoice from the point of origin. We will NOT make special consideration or ship parts as “GIFT”. This is the law and will only cause issues for your package clearing customs, NO EXCEPTIONS.
