Bulk Items Additional Shipping
Bulk sized items may require additional shipping. This occurs when any item is over the dimensional pricing for UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. We will email you upon parts arrival if additional shipping charges are required, but always feel free to contact us before purchasing to confirm if any additional fees will be charged.
Returns
Returns if your fault
Returns are subject to 30% restocking fee and you must pay to ship the item back to us. You must contact PartShark for preauthorization before sending any returns. All returns must be returned with undamaged original packaging (preferably unopened), uninstalled, unused. All returns subject PartShark and manufacturer approval, please be sure you want something before you order it. If we can't return it to the manufacturer, you generally can't return it to us. Special cases where returns are not allowed: decals, Arctic Cat parts, Suzuki parts, most body panels, Yamaha boat parts (jet and outboard), Yamaha snowmobile parts, Yamaha personal water craft parts, and all electrical components. Aslo hazardous materials such as: oils, coolant, lubricants and other fluids cannot be returned. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR wrong color purchase. Do not hesitate to Contact Us for ordering assistance, we want you to get the correct part the first time. We know mistakes happen and will try to accommodate you as best we can.
Returns if our fault
If the incorrect part was sent by our mistake there is no restocking fee we will pay for return shipping and shipping the correct part out to you. Contact Us , Please notify us within 48 hours of tracking number showing delivery.
Backordered Parts
In the event we have to order a part and it is on backorder from the manufacturer you have the option to cancel the part and receive a full refund for that part. If you wish to wait on the backordered part your payment method will still be charged because we need to place a purchase for the part to hold your "spot in line"
Order Cancellation Policy
Send an email to Info@PartShark.com OEM parts can be cancelled with no restocking charges if you cancel before we have time to process your order, usually just a few hours after you create an order. We process orders during normal business hours. In the event your cancellation request is after the order is processed, it will be charged the normal 30% restocking charge.
We return all OEM parts to the manufacturer and in doing so incur costs for shipping and restocking charges. We will absorb the shipping but must pass on the restocking charges.
Warranty
We sell parts from the vehicle manufacturer but they will not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This is due to the fact they are not being installed by a manufacturer certified technician at a franchise dealership. If you wish to have parts you purchase from us covered you will need to work with your local dealership and see if they will provide the warranty if they install it.
Item not in Shipment
If an item is not in the shipment you must notify us within 48 hours of tracking number showing delivery. Sometimes we partial ship an order Contact Us if you have a missing part concern.
Shipment Damage
We must be notified of any damaged parts within 48 hours of tracking number showing delivery. You MUST save the shipment box so we can file a claim with the carrier. Contact Us to start the damage claim process.
Shipping Carrier
Shipping Carrier is selected at our discretion. We generally use USPS Priority for domestic, USPS for Canada, Russia, Hawaii, Alaska, UPS World-Wide Expedited for most international shipment, however depending circumstances we will use other methods. If you need to use a specific carrier please put it in the order notes and we will try to accomodate you. All hazardous materials will go UPS Ground due to carrier restrictions.
Shipment Delivery Exceptions
It is up to the buyer to coordinate with the carrier in the event there was a delivery attempt or a delivery hold has been put on their address. We track all our shipments and will email buyer if we see the shipment is held and not delivered. Buyer's failure to coordinate and/or pickup the shipment is not an excuse to cancel the order and waive restocking fees.
International Shipments
Customer is responsible for paying all import duties and value added taxes (VAT) which will be collected by UPS, USPS, & FedEx at the time of delivery by cash, check, or charge.
Combining orders to save shipping & handling
Any multi-order shipment combines must be done within 48 hours and limited to 1 combination unless you have a business account.
